About the Department

The Department of Physical Education & Sports is committed to promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and holistic student development through quality instruction, training, guidance, and experiential learning.

The department adopts a student-centered approach that combines physical activity, skill development, health education, and competitive sports participation. Through structured programmes, students develop leadership, teamwork, discipline, communication, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits.

Held every Tuesday and Thursday morning.
